The event is being organised by Ballynahinch &amp; District Motor Club with support from the Downpatrick Regeneration Working Group and Newry Mourne and Down District Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The event will operate under a sporting permit issued by Motorsport UK, recognised by the FIA as the national sporting body for four-wheel motorsport for the UK. The public roads to be used for the competitive timed sections (Special Stages) will be closed under authority of a Road Closing Order to be issued by the Department for Infrastructure.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rallye Lecale will be based in Downpatrick centre, and our aim is to maximise the benefit to the local community and businesses.
